Connect GHL account
Input your GHL API key. APEX maps your GHL pipelines, stages, and custom fields to the APEX Lead Pipeline.
STEP 02
Lead flow configuration
Choose which APEX campaigns feed into which GHL pipelines. Leads from Meta might go to one GHL pipeline; leads from Google to another.
STEP 03
Two-way stage sync
When a stage changes in GHL, it updates in APEX. When you move a lead in APEX, GHL reflects it. Both systems stay in sync without manual updates.

GHL automation triggers preserved
