Configure the report template
Choose which metrics to include: spend, ROAS, CPR, impressions, leads, revenue. Arrange sections by platform or by objective. APEX saves the template per client.
STEP 02
Set the schedule
Choose delivery frequency (weekly every Monday, monthly on the 1st, etc.) and the recipient list. Reports send automatically — you do not need to trigger them.
STEP 03
Branding customization
Upload your agency logo. Choose accent colors. Add a custom message section for your commentary. The report looks like it came from your agency, not a platform.

Wanda adds a plain-English performance summary at the top: 'This week, Meta CPR improved 18% week-over-week driven by the new UGC creative. Google spend is underperforming — recommend budget shift.'
